At Nuzzle, we aim to deliver your purchases safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping practices below.

Order Processing Time

All orders are subject to a processing time of 1 to 3 business days. Processing times are separate from shipping times. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a notification email once your order has been dispatched.

Available Shipping Methods

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. The available shipping methods, alongside their respective costs, will be calculated and displayed to you before you finalize your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5 to 7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 2 to 3 business days after processing. Please note that these are estimates and external factors such as weather conditions or carrier delays may impact actual delivery times.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24 hours. You can use this link to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.

International Shipping

If we offer international shipping to your region, the options will appear at checkout. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Nuzzle is not responsible for these additional charges; they must be fulfilled by the recipient.

Delivery Issues

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check your surroundings and with neighbors. If you still cannot locate it, or if your package arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at customer_service2009@outlook.com so we can investigate the issue with the carrier and assist you.
